How to Rent

RENTING OUR PRODUCT IS EASY

  1. Fill out the special instructions box It’s important you fill this out with the VENUE NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL, and PHONE NUMBER so we know where to deliver them and can contact the venue for insurance, plus the time you would prefer drop off and pickup.
  2. All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time of no later than 10:00 PM, and delivery within 30 miles of Lancaster City. Pickups past 10pm will incur a separate fee.  The delivery cost for orders outside of 30 miles will be determined based on location and whether or not it involves setup from our movers and/or florist. Please email us and we can give you a quote for this price based on these two factors.  Any pickups past 10PM are subject to a late night pickup fee.
  3. Payment. You must pay 50% of your total cost which includes PA taxes to reserve your date.  The other 50% will be due 30 days prior to your event. 

At the end of your event, we will come by and pick up all the rentals for your convenience. 

Price is for 1 setup/location only. The price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.

We will deliver your product, set it up, and pick it up for FREE within a 30 mile distance from Lancaster City, if your pickup is before 10pm. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, give us your event address and we will be happy to let you know. If your location exceeds 30 miles, we charge $1/mile. Not to exceed 75 miles total.

Please be sure to check with your venue to confirm our rentals will fit in the desired place. 

If you need any item moved from the ceremony, to the reception, or anywhere else. An additional moving and setup fee will be required. Our arches, arbors, pillars, and backdrops are very large and do not fit through doors. They have to be disassembled, which requires our movers and/or florist to stay onsite through the ceremony and move to the desired spot after it is over, set it up again, and/or for our florist to arrange the florals again. Some items that do not need to be taken apart are still not easily moveable, like our garden arch, floral pillars, flower wall, ect. These also require our own team to move them. This is due to insurance reasons, it will not cover anyone outside our team if it is damaged during a move.

We also try to work directly with your venue so you don’t have to be the go-between for set up, delivery, storage, and pickup. Therefore, we ask for the name, address, and phone number of your venue.

Questions & Answers

A. We will deliver for free within 30 miles of our venue in Lancaster City, and pickup time of no later than 10:00PM. Pickup times after 10:00PM can be scheduled for an additional fee. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, give us your address and we will be happy to let you know. 

Q. What are the pickup fees for pickups after 10pm

A. 10:30PM charge of $50

11PM charge of of $100

11:30pm charge of $150

12am charge of $200

12:30 am charge of $250

1:00 am charge of $300

However, we will work with your venue for next day pickups to avoid these fees when possible. This will depend on the venue allowing us, if the arch is needed the next morning, and if we can fit it into our schedule the next day. 

Q. How much does delivery cost if it is not within 30 miles of your venue in Lancaster City?

A. If your location exceeds 30 miles, we charge $1/mile. Not to exceed 75 miles.  

Q. What does it mean when it says price is for 1 setup/location only?

A. That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else. 

Q. What if I want to see an Arch or Backdrop in person first?

A. We can schedule an appointment for you to come see the product in person; however, we strive to provide you with clear and precise photos so you know what the product looks like before you rent. Please see additional photos and videos on our Instagram account @evermore.events.lancaster.  

Q. Can I request a different floral arrangement be made and rented for my Arch/Backdrop?

A. At this time, we are not offering custom floral arrangements, but we are already working on adding a variety of arrangements to choose from. This should be available to you soon!

We can add colored flowers to the arches flowers, but cannot remove flowers. This is how we can customize it. 

Q. There is an Arch/Backdrop that I would like for my event but you do not currently offer it, can you get this for me?

A. We would love to know what you are looking for and we may be able to provide it for you as a rental soon. We are already in the process of adding more. Please email us the details and we can let you know if this is possible.
